GITA Yoga

All Yoga in The Park instructors are qualified  Gita Yoga Teachers.

Gita Yoga incorporates postures, breathing, concentration and meditation.

This style of yoga follows a set of postures which flow in sequence to strengthen the mind and body.  Specifically the postures work to balance the hormone producing glands and detox impurities from the body.

The flowing sequence of postures moves us into a state of feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalized.
